Normal fasting is below 110mg/dl Prediabetes is 110 - 126 mg/dl (It is reversible with exercise and diet changes) Fasting above 126 mg/dl is diabetes. (Source : WHO/ICMR)

Normal blood sugar in a non diabetic is less than 99 mg/ dl .... fasting blood sugar between 100- 125 mg/dl is pre diabetes or impaired fasting glucose .... fasting blood sugar of 126 or more is diabetes
