Today morning I just observed White discharge with small amount of blood . I was fasting for all day and at night I observed as stated above , does it indicate Any issues

2 days back around 3am we have to wake up as one of our relative had some issues with health due to which we can only sleep after 4-5am and since than she started having low grade headache...which is best medicine for the cure ? Can she take brufin or Combiflame? Or any other medicine for low headache?
