I am getting back pain , wrist pain and hand pain and ankle feet pain on and off Otherwise healthy. I have nasal allergy and gerd . What can be the reason

Pain has multiple causes. Could be as simple as vitamin deficiency. Or generalised weakness due to underlying illness. Get some basic tests done first (CBC, RBS, LFT, RFT, Urine C/E)

You have back pain and wrist pain and hand pain and ankle pain. In addition you also have GERD. And you also have nasal allergy. I think you must have been taking too many analgesics which has caused GERD in your case.
Next Steps
Please consult a Psychiatrist for such varied presentation of diseases at an early age of 27 years. There may be some deep seated pathology which is troubling you.
