Fever is not going since last 10 days
My mother is 47 years and having cold cough fever. Fever is like at night and when she take medicine of fever like paracetamol she become normal but at night fever comes again. Please help me

Fever in evening hours is suggestive of tuberculosis plus she got cough cold which further point towards respiratory problem She needs antibiotics n many other supportive medicines n not only paracetamol to being down fever

Get some basic tests done (CBC, RBS, Urine C/E, NS1). Dengue is spreading a lot these days.

What other symptoms she has with fever is important like chills , cold or cough or any rash or headache/dizziness or burning sensation in urine
