Your daily requirement of Calcium is 1200 mg. The best source is dairy products. Since you don't like dairy products the next best is Chia seeds (expensive, but available).
You may also have Soya or Poppy seeds. You may have Soya milk. You may get some amount of Calcium from green leafy vegetables like Palak, Tofu. Even beet root has calcium. You should take Calcium with Vitamin D3. Then only it becomes available for bones.
You should remember that you are only 25 years old. If you don't look after your Calcium requirements now you will be in trouble at later age.
You can take calcium+ multivitamin as you have nutritional deficiencies and you work out also. However if you recently started working out, I advice to go a complete body check up blood + urine + ECG once
