Calcium supplement query
8 months ago my vitamin D is 6 so my general physician prescribe tyo 60k once a week and then once a month and recently my vitamin D is now 30 which is normal so doctor told me to take it once a week for 2 months... what problem is that I don't like to consume dairy products like milk egg cheese yoghurt and so on... so I want to know is there any calcium supplement which meet the daily requirement of calcium? Plz note- My all blood test are normal including heart except vitamin d Also i take metoprolol 50 for anxiety daily
