It began wd swelling after test it showed deficiency of b12 vitamin and iron and multiple vitamin deficiency what should be the reason?

My cholesterol LDl is more than 200 and triglycerides are also above 400 . I always get headache on the back of my head . Is this due to above cholesterol

I'm having frequent urination since 6-7 months. Hba1c- 4.5 ABG- 85 PP Sugar(2 hrs after meal)- 102 Urine Culture normal. USG abdomen normal. Prostate normal. Pre Void- 220 ml Post Void- 10 ml. Everything is normal. Kidney function test normal. Creatinine-0.70 TLC- 11,400 since 6 months ESR- 10 mm/hr CRP- 13.1 in july. Now it is 4.2 Then why I'm having this frequent urination? Any other test to do? Does frequent urination cause dehydration?

I had taken 5 doses of anti rabies vaccine in Jan but the dog which had bit me did not have rabies. 10 days ago(1st October)a dog scratched my leg with its teeth(no puncture wound, just a scratch mark  with very little blood). Should I take the vaccine again?
