Since 2-3 days my body is paining. (mainly lower back, legs/thighs, hand fingers) after I arranged my house which we recently shifted. Lot of boxes packed/unpacked, lifted, etc. In addition, yesterday I went for cycle riding (Mumbai-Alibag) Therefore my entire body is unbearably paining now. Kindly suggest a good painkiller tablet which will provide instant relief. I don't have any allergy.

Can Cartigen 1500 be taken for osteoarthritis along with cholesterol,(at night) thyroid(in the morning) and kidney medications?(after lunch) Recently got osteoarthritis, already taking the above medications. At what time should I take Cartigen?

My sister suffered from Dengue almost 1 month ago. She recovered from it at home and the fever subsided after 10 days.However, she is still suffering from back pain and severe muscle weakness in legs. She is taking Bio D3 max daily and maintaining good diet. Can anyone suggest how long her legs will take to heal completely?
