Feeling sleepy in morning
I feel sleepy in the morning and at afternoon. And it takes 1 hr at night to sleep. It is affecting my studies very much!! What should i do?

Take light and frequent meal  before studying ... And stop eating junks and oily food Do exercise and yoga

When you study and try to put in lot of information the brain gets tired. Hence eat fruit and nuts. Your main meals should not be heavy as they can make you drowsy. You can take short power naps if you are too tired.Try breathing fresh air and mild exercises.
