Fever at night, nausea all day stomachac
I'm having nausea for last 3-4 days that remains throughout the day and night with very mild stomach ache (no specific area). Since last two days I get fever in late evening that lasts till early morning. I'm liking the sight of food and doesn't feel hungry too. After taking meal I feel more nauseated and acidity like stomach ache. I'm curious to know what's going on within my body?? Thanks in advance.
