Flu

My wife is experiencing continuous sneezing only during early morning and late in night before sleep. It has gradually developed a runnig nose. Sometime she feels mucus also but no evidence. This condition is now from past three+ months. She has this developed short breathe and difficulty in breathing due to stuff n running nose. It has impacted her stamina to work or exercise. Consulted doc and they gave inhaler pump. We both don't want to get used to or make inhaler part of life. Pls suggest any course of action to cure it. To mention she got diagnosed COVID in Apr 21 and after that only we'd experienced this issue. Got an allergy test done (igE Total Antibody - Result  723 ; test done on 3rd Oct 21).

My son has been detected Covid positive on 4th November...I am giving him medicines as prescribed but his body ache, head ache and throat ache is not going away...he gets relief for 4-5 hours after taking medicine and then it starts again...there is no temperature but he feels feverish...oxygen is also normal...

Hello. I have a history of Hypothyroidism. I'm also a medical student. I've read that hypothyroidism may lead to Atrial Fibrillation and Dilated Cardiomyopathy in the future. Now I'm suffering from terrible anxiety. Day and night i'm scared that I'll develop these nasty conditions. I can't sleep. I'm losing my appetite. My heart rate is constantly high because i'm always anxious. Please help me. Life has become really difficult. I don't think I can live like this.

I use a old safety type razor for shaving. I use a new blade for every shave but don't clean the actual razor itself. I cut myself while shaving today. Blade was new and I applied aftershave lotion after cutting myself. Is tetnus shot required ? ( Skin was wet and no visible rust on shaver handle or blade )

Since last 10 days I am having sour taste in mouth and acidity . I am taking pantocid 40 in mornings since last 2 days. The sour taste is still continuing. Is there any issue which could be ? Is this something serious ?
