After abdominal sonography *twice due to chronic lower left abdominal cramps indigestion. on and off bouts of constipation and diarreah and muscus in stool and health anxiety, I have been diagonised with IBS. I do not understand what foods trigger my IBS What diet should i follow and what should i avoid pls guide

My pulse rate ranges from 62-79 bpm for today, yesterday my pulse rate gone till 90 bpm. I am not doing any kind of exercise. Took ecg and tmt before 7 months which were normal. Sometime heart rate flacuates. Can i have heart blocks or should i worry about the flactuating heart rate.?

He said it was muscle tightness. 1 month ago i got dengue with 104° fever 3 weeks ago I got anicteric hepatitis Over 2 weeks ago I got Covid with 99°Fever I forgot to tell doctor that I had anicteric hepatitis recently. Hi doc, my breathing is normal no issues with it, rarely i eat fast food, but when I eat Fast food in some of the food after eating I feet sounds in my chest when I breath, also breathless sometimes and alao I caught, these all symptoms persist for few ours then I become normal again, this happens every time, that happens when I eat Rusk, chawmin, samosa, bread pakoda, but nothing happens when I eat Burger, french fries, pizza, what is the issue kindly suggest
