I am suffering from headache from last 2 weeks I can't get good sleep and Also having construction in my home that i can't sleep properly. Doing night shifts and pressure along with that i am feeling pain in my whole head at back and on my neck on back Whenever i suffer from headache earlier it was on my left or right side of head but now it's in full and continuously from last 2-3 weeks stop in between for like 2 hours but start again. I'm curious why and what is this?

Why i am having alternate days diarrhea, sometime my bowel movement is watery and sometime solid types. Today i had a watery stool. And some kind of sound coming from thr lower left side abdomen. Please guide me why it is happening.
