From last night feeling cramp in stomach & fever around 99.6 take dolo & do a cbc Attaching my cbc report

Chest pain in the middle for almost 2 years. On and off. Mostly present. Only when squeezing the shoulders and chin inwards towards chest. No other discomfort. Pain only in that particular position, picture attached. I'm 24years old, male, from Guwahati, Assam.

I am burning 🔥sensations and pain in knee joints both side and itching also feeling , what could be the reason?

What should I take  to increase platlates as it is on Border line . Feeling some body ache also but no temperature and all other reports are ok.

Last 8 months I have left arm elbow upper side mild pain, left arm nervous, discomfort and feel weakness. Particularly I facing this issue when fear, stress, pressure, early wake up, midnight wake up and less sleep. I consulted General physician, ortho specialist and neurology. But no improvement. Please advise why I facing this issue and right specialist for this. Thanks.

Im loosing hair at back of my head( near neck) nape of neck. Plz suggest some medication. I have tried everything from vitamins to minoxidil. Nothing worked. Can i use finasteride tablets as am also loosing hair in the front and temple region.

Is Levocetrizine 10 mg  and cetirizine same. If Doctor prescribed Levocetrizine, can cetrizine be taken?
