My wife have regular cough from last 20 days and it only actives on late evening or night time sometimes it very strong which affecting breathing as well. She is using regular normal cough syrup but no benefits and improvement till now . Kindly advise

Hello. I have a history of Hypothyroidism. I'm also a medical student. I've read that hypothyroidism may lead to Atrial Fibrillation and Dilated Cardiomyopathy in the future. Now I'm suffering from terrible anxiety. Day and night i'm scared that I'll develop these nasty conditions. I can't sleep. I'm losing my appetite. My heart rate is constantly high because i'm always anxious. Please help me. Life has become really difficult. I don't think I can live like this.

I use a old safety type razor for shaving. I use a new blade for every shave but don't clean the actual razor itself. I cut myself while shaving today. Blade was new and I applied aftershave lotion after cutting myself. Is tetnus shot required ? ( Skin was wet and no visible rust on shaver handle or blade )

Since last 10 days I am having sour taste in mouth and acidity . I am taking pantocid 40 in mornings since last 2 days. The sour taste is still continuing. Is there any issue which could be ? Is this something serious ?

From yesterday i am having lot of gas trouble and burpings. Today i also burped alot. But i am having some itchy sensation in left side throat which leads to occasional coughing. And at the same time some sensation in right ears also. And also i feel like something is stuck at the right sided throat. I am not in contact with a covid patient.

I have taken monteruklast doxypill for 10 days for cough. But after stopping medicine it came back. It's not that severe now but it's there. Should I take antibiotic? Like azithromycin for 3 days?
