Your lipid profile is deranged. For this need to get detailed history, family history and evaluate diabetic status, along with others kidney and liver profile. So that a definite diagnosis can b made and  take decision for medication to start or not.

Your total cholesterol, LDL and TG are highs..and HDL low... All have increased risk for your cardiovascular system.. kindly do diet restrictions and daily walking for 30min weekly 5days...if not controlled by 3-6months then go for medication
