HELLO, NORMAL ESR, SGPT SLIGHTLY DERANGED. ADVISE LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL NO GHEE. WALK AS EXERCISE AVOID SPICY FRIED GREASY JUNK FOOD N FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. OK
