The name says it as chronic tension headache..which is lasting longer period which is because of tension....
Try for phototheraphy .. simply exposing yourself to sunlight often.......change of jobs occassionally....

Tension ache is band like in your forehead!
It needs to diffenciated with other types of headaches and migraine. As far anxiety is concerned both the symptoms can be monogeneously effecting.
