Low B12 and vitamin D causes fatigue, palpitations and anxiety symptoms, but also needs proper anxiety assessment and management. Please book a consultation with your reports so the deficiencies can be treated appropriately and we can assess the chest symptoms safely.

Your symptoms can be consistent with anxiety/panic episodes, especially with recurrent racing heartbeat, chest discomfort and fear of a heart problem. A normal ECG and routine tests are reassuring, but persistent symptoms still deserve proper evaluation
Next Steps
Correct vitamin B12/D deficiency, reduce caffeine, maintain regular sleep and consider counselling/CBT for anxiety. If palpitations are frequent, your doctor may consider ECG monitoring
Health Tips
You can consult me with your reports and symptom details for a proper assessment and personalised treatment plan.

First I will ask you to please sit in some quiet place and meditate for sometime atleast 5 mins. Deep breath in and breathe out. Go to best nearby psychiatrist for anxiety. Go to general medicine doctor for vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency with all your reports. You are not going to get heart attack but if you keep thinking about it you are just worsening your own condition.
