Its quiet normal in few babies who are breast fed to pass motions once in 5-8 days. If there is abdominal distension or tightness over tummy , baby is irritable or in pain , u need to take her to a pediatrician for examination.. if child is playful and feeding well . U can try  Starting enzyme supplementation like NEOPEPTINE DROPS To enhance digestion or a glycerine suppository can be placed.. Do not use any laxatives.
