Heavy body fatigue and tiredness
I am having constant body fatigue, tiredness. I a feeling sleepy and less active all day. Is it due to covid vaccine?? Attached blood report from november. Do i need to take one now??

This fatigue can be due to various reason. Which need to be evaluated by detailed history.need to rule out thyroid related issue or nutrients deficiency.Usually vaccine dont cause this type of symptoms.
