I am facing this issue from last 1.5 months. Sometimes its mild and sometimes its severe. I tend to loosen my balance a bit (very light) while walking. Like we feel when we get down after a long train journey. And feel like same what i feel after having 2-3 drinks. Little head heaviness, little weakness and lesser balanced. My vitamin B12 reads 221, D3-15.8, tsh 3.09. Brain mri is normal. Ear test is normal. The other physical test done by moving fingers before eyes and lying down getting up is normal. I m on lumia 60 and bio d3 max. Suggestions please? Any supplement or test i might need?

I'm on mankind placida since 3 months. Additionally my doctor prescribed me anxit 0.25mg at night times once a day for 10 days because of sleeplessness and fast heartbeat. Can I take that half tab a day because I have fear of getting addicted to it. I don't know is it safe to stop after taking 10 days. I won't get any withdrawal symptoms. I took full tab first two days it was working good and my symptoms resolved. But I reducing it to half my symptoms are occuring again since two days. What can I do? Take full tab as prescribed by doctor or take half?

Sir/ma'am I got fever today 4pm and I rested since then. Now the fever is 100.6 and I have taken Paracetamol tab . Should I cover my body with blanket or should I start fan at 1 speed without blanket? I am drinking lots of water. Kindly guide to cover or exposure?
