My Son 3 year 6 months having fever
My son is having fever for past three days. I am giving him paracetamol 7.5ml. When I check temperature it is showing less around 99.1F but his head is hot. Also he is not having proper food.

SYR moxyclav cv375(5ml-5ml-5ml) after food 5 Days. syraristozyme(2.5-2.5-2.5ml)2weeks.before food. SYR albendazole 400(0-0-10ml)3days after food. continue with paracetamol.
