Patient tested covid+ a week back. Has soar throat/pain in throat. No other symptoms. Patient had NSTEMI and is on the following medications- aspirin, bisoprolol, clopidogrel, atorvastatin. What medication can be given to the patient for relief from soar throat?

It would be better to consult doctor bcz patient is a case of nstemi  and in covid chances of thrombosis also increases
