Hello doctor, I am 38 year old woman and have weight of 80 kg. With 5.3 inch hight. I recently started balance diet with 75% salad and 25% normal food. Trying to avoid sugar and fried things and walk for 60 minutes with all other house hold work and office work (WFH). I try to wake up at 7 am in the morning and sleep at 11-11.30 pm. However, I feel very tired and my brain miss out on important work like I am forgetting things. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

I had cold and hevy sneezing and have not taken any medication as of now. But after 2 days sneeze was stopped and now all are converted to phlegm and making wheezing sound while breathing. Which disturbing my sleep, please help me to overcome this without medicine? Or if medicine is the quickest solution please help me with medicine name pls?
