Today I check my bp on home monitor bp machine. 1) 1 st reading shows 138/101 2) 2 nd reading shows 123/100 (after 5 min) Is my home bp monitor machine ok? Is it possible to drop bp after 5 min? Is it dangerous bp reading? I take met xl 12.5. My age 39 weight 63 height 5.6

I took a head bath with cold water, late night, 2 days back. Since then, I am feeling dizzy and Head feels little heavy. What might be the reason? And what should be the next steps.

I was lifting bed as exercise and 2 days after that I have  pain in my chest . Thoracic xray and ecg all normal. Can this bed lifting have cause hiatal hernia ? Why I have pain in my chest. It increases with taking milk products. What is this disease since last 5 months Doctor gave me pantoptazole and antacid and still no better Which is this exact disease ? Is this hiatal hernia or something else ?
