Since past few days, m feeling nausea, excessive urination n have to pass stool again and again. Due to which i have also lost weight. Is it due to stress as i m little stressed out? Not able to eat anything. Please help

Having stomach ache on sides of stomach also urine is coming very frequently since yesterday.Comes very less but need to go.
