Could you please suggest multivitamin for women who is gym goer? I do workout on regular basis. Used to go to gym 5-6 days a week.

Any multivitamin tablet will do the same. There is as such not big difference between brands and if any brands promises to give me that kich strength in taking tablets that is harmful for health then. Try to supplement ur nutrients in proper manner mam..if  further doubts regarding u can contact me for further. THANK YOU Dr. Revanth GS, MS(ortho)
