Post covid weakness is common ,it might take some time to recover. Maintain hydration For dry throat do practice warm saline gargle at least thrice a day. Have high calorie food

1. Use lozenge twice or thrice. 2. Hydration is the key. 3. Gargling is important. 4. Do steam inhalation regularly. These four will do the trick. But understand something, that it takes time for the COVID symptoms to recover. So don't worry about dry throat. It is temporary. And it WILL fade away.
