I have pain in throat to chest in a straight line. Sometimes itching in ears as well. And pain is too much mostly at night. It is very cold here and I feel too much cold

I am female 16 years old. From the last 4 days there is no bowel movement. Week earlier I was whenever I pass the stool it was hard and difficult to pass. Since 4 months I have been on diet and eat boiled egg , coffee or tea , makhana, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and occasionally have quinoa and other carbs. I don't take carbs that much. Since Christmas I ate a lot of food like momos nad biryani coke and cake. That day I had too much and that day was the last time I had any bowel movement. After that till now I am not feeling any pressure . And after Christmas I am still having carbs like I eat 1paratha . I don't drink water that much like I only drink 3cups max. Please tell what to do ??

Sir/mam My wife got bitten by small dog pet in our house ...puppy was not injected one...there ws small bite ...within an hour of bite she took tt and first dose of Arv there aftr she took two more dose i.e 3 dose out of 5 ...but she dit not took 4 and 5th dose and it has been arond 40 days gap from 3rd dose ...what should i do ...shuld i continu dose or 3 dose will be enough for her...plz suggest...there is no helth issu till now regarding bite.
