Hello, I am a 31 year old married woman with a well maintained physique and having no medical history. I am physically quite active. But i have been experiencing knee and finger joint pain especially when I get up after sitting for some time. The pain is the highest in the morning after waking up. The back of the feet also aches. I had a fever two days ago ... Last temperature i checked yesterday was 100.4 . After taking Pacimol 650 . Again i checked it yesterday night and the fever dropped down to 97.5 and till now it's same . I have no fever now . But I'm having dry cough . And within this two days . All of my family members caught cold but no fever only dry cough and running nose and sneezing . Is this due to season change or any other cause?
