Hi sir/madam, Please tell me where I can get hepatitis b vaccine. Is it available for free in government hospitals?

I am gets a numbness in legs during winter season, this usually didn't appeared in summer or monsoon. Today the temperature is so cold and i have not weared any socks, so i got too cold and my legs specially gets numb, till now numbness is there. I really scared about this issue. I am a 25 years old guy, at a young age this is happening how can i survive in older age. Please guide me whether it is serious condjtion or not why it is causing?

From yeaterday morning i am having some kind of gas trouble, burping and feverish fealing. But evening i okay at that time. But during night i had a fever and took calpol at 11.40 P.M. No cough and breathing issue only gas trouble. I feel i contracted the virus. Can i test for rapid test of Covid Mylab at home. Will the result will be reliable?. Only 1 time fever at night, but now not having any fever.

While i wake up or lie down feel dizziness slightly cor few seconds very often. Would like to know the cause of it.

Today randomly checked my oxygen in oximetre, spo2 is 98-99%, Heart Rate is 64-71 BPM, PI is 1.2%. Whether these vitals are normal. I don't know about the PI, is my PI is low? Or it is at normal

Doctor my sister's anti rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal and she took 3 does till now Day 0 , 3,7 and her Last 4th Day 28 vaccine is due but again a street dog scratch her ankle with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so what to do now should she have to take extra dose of Rabies vaccine or she need to Re-start anti Rabies vaccination from Day 0 ? Answer please...
