My parents have been suffering with 103 fever with chills and my mother (53 years old) has been diagnosed with typhoid and dengue. I am attaching the reports here for your reference. Kindly help me interpret and understand this report. How critical is the report? Regards

Hello doctors wanna ask you which is to be considered resting heart rate I.e while lying down or while sitting. Hope i can take into consideration which ever is lower Thank you in advance

High fever from 3rd nov, took paracetamol & it went away with sweating. For first 7days it came once or twice every 24h & measured max upto 102.3F From 9th day fever temp rose to 103.7F & it started coming thrice in 24h, till now !! Other symptoms are headache, only back pain,no joint pain, weakness, no significant muscle pain, sweat after 2h on taking paracetamol and little dry cough till now. 11th nov test summary Platelets-1.4 lac ESR value 28 Malaria smear test : -ve Widal test : -ve                                   13th got few more tests Platelets-1.59 lac RDW :13.4%  TLC :11.5 Monocytes:1.54 ESR value 22 (⬇️) Dengue serology : IgM: -ve & IgG: -ve Malaria test : -ve Widal test : -ve Urine routine : everything -ve or normal                       From 11th nov have increased fluids (coconut water,lemonade,glasses of water to 7/day). Haven't tried antibiotics yet. Any insights on my case by a doctor ? What further tests needed to diagnose. What other diseases do you suspect of?

I'm 24 years male.. I have gastric ulcer and gerd I'm taking erozol-dsr before food morning and night .. and I feel dizziness and very weak.. if i bend forward and get back position I feel head spinning .. my eyes Vision getting dark . After few sec . My vision getting back normal ... Like same after laying down and wakeup I feel same dizziness , vision darkness... What is reason...
