So since few days i was having upset stomach, like nausea and epigastric gnawing, i have taken medication for it by consulting. It was fine. But since last 2 days, i was travelling and my eating habits became irregular a bit, yesterday i ate lot of chicken with black pepper and at night i had to eat spicy chicken as i had no other option. Yesterday didn't get a bowel movement too idk why. Water intake was reduced too. Today morning, i had a urge to bowel, as i had a discomfort feeling at anus end(idk if its piles), so went to washroom, a loose/mucusy type stool came up along with some hard stool and bright red blood. I am really scared. Later on i pooped More solid/mushy stool it has barely any blood, just a little bright red blood is seen, see second photo. I am really scared :(. Please help me. Please, i never had this before, why all these is happening :(.

On CDC site it was mentioned that now the new revised PEP for anti rabies is for 4 Intra muscular doses given on days 0,3,7,14 for healthy individuals as the fifth dose was not found to increase antibody levels. Also on WHO site the PEP schedule was given as on 0,3,7 and fourth dose between 14-28 (4 dose Essen 1-1-1-1-0). But for immunocompromised persons still 5 doses were prescribed. Is this valid for vaccines available in India as well like Chiron Purified Chick Embryo or the Vero cell cultured vaccines like Verorab?

I am contionusly sneezing for around 15 to 20 times after i wake up morning for past few days. I am not having any cold or fever now. I had this problem some years above and i didnt took any medicines for this, it automatically stopped afyer few days. But again the same contionous sneezing is coming in everyday morning after i wake up and also in nite sometimes. Please advise on this problem and solution for this.

Respected sir i was diagnosed with covid on 30/12/21...i had sore throat on 29 th which is my first symptom.. I had fever on 30 th.. Went to doctor and he prescribed medicines.. Had fever around 101 for 2 days.. Took blood test... Crp value is 23 and d dimer is 252... Doctor advised to take medrol 8 mg twice for 5 days.  Fever reduced but cough is there.. Kindly advise can i take steroids now sir... I am into my 4 th day of my infection.. Is it too early.. Pls help..

I'm unmarried of age 26+ I was diagnoed bilateral endometriomas in the year 2020 jan & that time cyst size was LO: 6.5*5.7 CM & RO: 3.6*2.8 CM. After that my doctor prescribed me emersa 2 mg once per daily & follow up with usg for every 3 months & the last usg report on 13th sep, 2021 was Cyst size LO: 2.7*2.4 CM & RO: 1.1*1.7 CM Showing with internal echoes. My doctor told me that stop medicine on December, 2021 & consult with usg after 3 months from the date of stop medicine. I just stopped emersa for 2 days & today in the morning my periods starts with normal cramp & normal blood flow. So when should I do my next usg? Plz adv. After three months or after periods complete? Plz help.

Hello. I'm having constant sneezing, upto 15-20 sneezes at a time, the pressure of sneezing is too high. Its been almost a month now. Along with it I'm having eye irritation, redness, and from last two days, my left eye is getting swelled after the sneeze attack (under eye). Can anyone please tell me what this can be?
