Is it true about sun light and getting Vitamin D? Whats the best time to stand in sun to get vitamin D?

Hello recently I had undergone few tests and my Random blood sugar shows 109 mg/dl along with pcod. And doctor had prescribed Glysiphage Sr 500 mg. Does that mean I am diabetic? Is this tablet for diabetes or pcod?

So, i have noticed quite a times that there will we pulse like feeling under my right rib, recently i am on rifakem 400, vizylac rich and sopraz l for a week due to stomach burning/ acidity/ gastritis, prescribed by my doctor.. this morning i woke up, and it felt like under right rib there is some pulse/spasm kind of thing(totally painless). History: I had a gallbladder polyp of 2.9mm found on usg on September 2021, can this be the cause or why is it happening? Please advise, m scared

Hi, I was infected with covid in April 2021. By God's grace, infection was mild and I recovered at home in quarantine. Few days after recovery I started smelling cigarette smoke even though no one used to smoke in my vicinity. Then, it was said that it is one of post covid complication and will go away with time. It is 8 months now and I still am able to smell cigarette smoke even though no one smokes. It feels like someone is smoking near my face, the smell is pretty strong.  Is this normal? Thank you!

What is the normal range of pus cells and Epithelial cells In a stool test. I have done with this test, pus cells came out 3-4 and Epithelial cells 2-3 and Also, the reaction is acidic. is it a concern? (side by side I am taking Rablet L empty stomach since 5-6 days and stool report came out today)
