I am under stress for sometime, don't get any time for myself. Usually just work and sleep, with nothing else. Could that cause fatigue and exhaustion? What can I do to feel energetic? My diet is normal, don't have other issues, B12 and D levels normal

Can GERD and antral gastritis cause breathing difficulty , chest pain and dizziness... My ecg,echo ,stress test is normal... What other cause for my symptoms... having gastric ulcer and GERD , i have done endoscopy... Results ( antral gastritis and lax les )

Suddenly i am having only right sided headache and pain in behind right eye, eye feels sometime watery, light sensitivity also. It all started from today evening. Sometime back head pain also.

Doctor a street dog scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so i visited government hospital and doctor said you don't need to take anti rabies vaccine because dog scratch you with nails not bite you with test so you don't need rabies vaccine but i scratch also need rabies vaccine right? But doctor didn't give me vaccine because it was scratch with nails not bite... So should i take rabies vaccine from Pvt hospital?

Doctor i completed anti rabies vaccination last dose ( Day 28) on 2nd August 2021 and today a street cat scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so i go to the government hospital but doctor said you are vaccinated 3 months 4 days Ago so you don't need rabies vaccine booster dose but i said to doctor after 3 months 2 Booster Dose on Day 0 and Day 3 required As per WHO GUIDELINES but doctor still said no you don't need Rabies vaccine? So Should i go to Pvt hospital for Booster Dose?

I am having right chest light heaviness, burping and burping feeling. Heaviness in right upper abdomen also. No pain only heaviness.
