Tab cheston cold(1-0-1)3days after food. Tab nicip plus(1-0-1)3days after food. Continue augment in. Tab pan d40(1-0-1)5days before food.

Too soon to start antibiotics. Viral infection  does not respond to antibiotics. Need antibiotics only if secondary bacterial infection. Dolo650 will be a better medicine to take.
