Hello doctors, since few days I'm facing a issue of tiredness and slight headache mostly in the evening time. It starts around 6pm .... it feels like spinning of my head ... why is this happening pls suggest something..

My PDW value is 26.5% whereas normal range is 9.6 - 15.2 . Also my MPV value is 12.9 whereas normal range is FL7.4-11.4. can u please let me know whether these values are worth any of concern?
