3 years back...a heavy load on my mind...due to which i lost sleep and lost my mind in daily activities..now still it seems my mind has pressure or blank space. How to cure this..

Iam 24 years male... Having ulcer amd gerd past 3 months taking medicine ( ezomeparazole and some vitamin tablet)... Always feeling un steady... Something having chest pain..but my ecg,echo, stress test is negative. . Normal bp, normal sugar and normal cholesterol level... Feeling dizziness... Fear about my heart and life... What is the solution sir... What is the causes of dizziness and anxiety

Total CHOL/HDL cholesterol ratio - 3.08 Serum total iron binding capacity - 404.1 MCH - 25.8 MCHC - 32.4 RDW-SD - 38.90 Lymphocytes - 46 Vitamin B12 - 109 Vitamin D, 25 - hydroxy - 39.76 Dengue - igm, igg, NS1 - Negative I did my complete body test. Rest all blood test is normal. Above one are more or less. I have muscle ache + Joints pain from 3 days. It's flactuates now & them. Sometimes blurred vision also in morning. No fever, cough or cold. ( Sometimes 99.7 Mouth temperature ) Kindly guide how to overcome body aches. I am already taking antibiotics from 3 days( ceftas - 200mg - twice & L montus - once a day ) but still pain is coming & going

Firstly, Happy Diwali. Finger got scratched by a plastic object. Object was clean. Scratch is so small that it's not visible from naked eye (unless extremely close inspection). Scratch had extremely minor bleeding (not even a drop). Cleaned with dettol + handwash + sanitizer within 2 mins. Do I need tetnus shot ? I haven't taken any tetnus shots in last 5-6 years. Cannot attach picture because it's not visible on finger anymore.

I have terrible joint pain, most of the time. It's in my shoulder and ankle mostly, but at times also in elbow, wrist and knees. I have tested for calcium levels, and they are fine. My hemoglobin is at 11, I'm low on energy, but have very light sleep even though I take rivotril 1mg every night. Are my epilepsy medications causing me these joint pains? The pain has been for a very long time and I'm on epilepsy medications since I was 7.
