You can never be sure. Covid virus is notoriously smart for having mutation. One infection gives you immunity for six months only against that virus. You can still get infected by a mutant virus.

There is no set guidelines for this  nd no time frame for this , its better not to go for rtpcr if no symptoms

It depends upon on the covid antibodies. Once you tested positive you will develop antibodies for the virus. Till the antibodies present in your body it will protect you against covid
