Vitamin B12 and vitamin C together isn't a recommended combination. Then why multivitamins have this combo inspite of the fact that vit C hinders absorption of vitamin B12?

I did a cbc today and my lymphocytes percentage is 36 percent which is within the limits but lymphocytes absolute count is 3300 which is slightly higher than 3000 which is the normal limit. Is this a cause of concern?

How long one should wait for medicines prescribed to be taken after meals? Should one take those medicines right after having the meal or after 15-30 mins?

In past, Got anti-rabies post exposure vaccination 0,3,7,14,28. And after 5 months taken booster doses 0,3. On 93rd/ 94th days of post booster vaccination; Dog suspected to touched or sneezed on car door handle, which (car handle) was further touched by my friend after 15 minutes. Then after 30 minutes, he give food stuffs which I swallowed. Vaccination will protect till 93rd or 94th days for taking food items?  Or needs any kind of vaccination? Maximum period of months vaccine full schedule+ booster can protect?

So since yesterday, i felt weirdly scratchy throat and coughed a lot, couldn't sleep last night and also i had a lot of dreams an i would often wake up. Today morning, i had body ache, headache, and elevated temperature and throat feels like the time we have tonsils and also getting phlegm, but i checked tonsils were normal.. is this covid? I am getting chills even after getting wrapped inside a blanket! Also lost some weight 1 to 1.5 kg. My dad had covid 2-3 weeks back and he was isolated, but I don't think he followed the protocols properly, i am scared if this is covid. I have taken 2 doses already. But still m getting worried. Please guide me, also i have taken paracetamol 500mg tablet once today due to unbearable body and headache..
