Can a heart attack last for 24 hours. I mean if someone gets chest pain at rest Other symptoms of heart attack come on started then well that person be able to survive for full 24 hours and have continuous chest pain As whatever stories n case I have read n heard people are dead within first few hours of symptoms

After 2 year hiv status is negative buy my doubt is next is turn to positive?or any other cases are comes in after window period like a 1or 2 year after is possible of positive??

Report from MRI Says this and my doctor suggested me take 15days physiotherapy. Primary bony  spinal  canal  narrowing  with  short  pedicles from L1  to L5  level.   Mild disc  bulge at  L1-L2, L2-L3 and L3-L4  levels  indenting  anterior thecal  sac.     Diffuse disc  bulge at  L4-L5 level  mildly compressing  spinal  canal, narrowing  bilateral neural  foramina and  just  abutting  bilateral  traversing  nerve roots.   No other significant  abnormality  seen. Request to take a loot at this report and suggest what best can be done to chre this. Thanks in advance.
