Hello dear Detailed history from your side would be more helpful. Iron ascorbate tablets would improve your serum iron levels. Foods rich in Iron include Broccoli, legumes like kidney beans, rajma Green leafy vegetables Red meat.eggs Vegetables like carrot, beetroot, Dry fruits mainly almonds, figs,apricots and walnuts. Pomegranate, grapes ,oranges, avocados and mny other reliable sources of iron would be helpful.

Supplementation Medication= Tab Socril 1 tab once daily for 2 month straight. Consider doing the same tests again. Diet= Spinach is full of iron. Also for fruit, you can take banana, pomegranate.
