Low hemoglobin level
Hi my name is Deepthi. I am an employee. My problem is low blood level. My hemoglobin level is 10.And I am getting very tired at the end of the day. So please suggest one syrup in order to increase my blood level.

HELLO, IN INDIANA WOMAN ITS NORMAL. STILL, CAP LIVOGEN XT ONE AT NIGHT FOR ONE MONTH.TAB FOLVITE FORTE TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR ONE MONTH. BEFORE THIS TAB ZENTAL 400 ONE TO CHEW WITH ONE GLASS OF WATER AT BREAKFAST. FEW SPINACH,BEET ROUT, CARROT, TOMATO TO CHURN ADD SOME SALT SUGAR BHUNA JEERA ACCORDING TO TASTE TAKE AS PUREY OR JUICE. , POMGRANATE, SEASONAL FRUITS, JUICE. ALL R REMADY TI LOW HB??. OK.

Hemoglobin 10gms as per indian scenario is not considered much lower, still weakness could be bcoz of ur improper water and mineral intake
