Low levels of hemoglobin

Hello sir.im male 29..my hemoglobin level is 5.8.because of bleeding hemorrhoids.how i improve my blood level and hemoglobin level..i lost my weight around 7 kgs.if low levels of hemoglobin causes weight loss?please clear my doubts.. thank you..
