Your symptoms — tiredness, swollen legs, and frequent urination — may indicate anemia, kidney issues, diabetes, or early heart-related concerns. It’s important to get the following basic tests done immediately: CBC (for hemoglobin) Serum Creatinine & Urine Routine Blood Sugar (Fasting & PP) Thyroid Profile Home Remedies to Boost Hemoglobin Quickly: Iron-Rich Foods: Beetroot juice daily Dates, soaked raisins, jaggery with ghee Spinach, methi, drumstick leaves, ragi, pomegranate, apples Take Vitamin C (like lemon or amla) with meals to improve iron absorption Avoid tea/coffee near meals However, for rapid improvement, you might still need iron supplements under supervision. Meanwhile, swollen legs and frequent urination must be medically evaluated—please don’t ignore them. If this information helped you, kindly like it and share your feedback. Dear Patient,  A hemoglobin level of 6.6 g/dL is critically low and requires immediate medical attention. Your symptoms—severe fatigue, leg swelling, and frequent urination—suggest potential complications such as anemia, kidney dysfunction, diabetes, or other underlying conditions.  Key Recommendations:  1. Urgent Medical Evaluation:     - Blood transfusion may be necessary to stabilize your hemoglobin.     - Tests for kidney function, diabetes, and urinary/prostate health are essential.  2. Do NOT Rely on Home Remedies:     - While iron-rich foods (like leafy greens, lentils, and dates) can support long-term improvement, they cannot rapidly correct such severe anemia.  3. Avoid Delays:     - Swelling and fatigue could worsen without prompt treatment.  Next Steps:  Please consult me **immediately** for a thorough assessment and urgent care plan. For faster coordination, you can contact me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**.
