Low levels of Vits B12 and D
My Vit D level is 13.7, and B12 is 190. My hemoglobin is also low at 9.8. Kindly suggest. Thank you.

Haem up syr10 ml after dinner for two months,  stool color change is normal. Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months after breakfast a complete therapy by WHO. Neurokind od one at night after dinner for 2 months.

You have multiple deficiencies. Take a diet consisting of fresh green leafy vegetables, beetroot,  pumpkin, sprouted grains, soya beans, curds, cheese, fortified cereals, apples, berries, fish, eggs, almonds. Tab vit d3, 60,000units per week for 6 to 8 weeks. Tab neurobion one morning and one evening for 6 to 8 weeks. Cap siderfol one morning and one evening for 8 weeks.
Next Steps
Repeat tests after 6 weeks.

Dear pt b12 defficiecy  vitd3 defficiency very common in India.. Need detail about ur menstrual cycle..how much is bleeding day..how much napkin use during menses..cycle is regular or not. Any history or fibroid uterus. Apart from that.. For b12 defficiency Tab neurobion forte daily for 1 months. Depure oral solution 60k..twice weekly for 4 week...morning empty stomach.. Tab calcium500mg  vitd3 twice daily for 6 months.. Deit modification. 1)Increase dairy product in meal..milk dahi..paneer 2) sprouts moong . Life style modification. 1)Sun light exposure.10 to 20 minute between 11.00 am to 4.00pm..daily 2) weight lifting exercise..

Your Vit d and b12 levels are too low. I recommend you to rather go for injections than oral medicines. Kindly consult for further management

You have both Hypovitaminosis D and Hypovitaminosis b12 of which the latter could be contributing to your low HB levels that is if you don't have familial or hereditary blood disorders.
Next Steps
To understand better , get a complete blood count (cbc), reticulocyte count, serum iron, ferritin, TIBC, Transferring saturation, peripheral smear.
