Recently I have tested covid positive and in the RTPCR report CT Value showed 28 what does it mean.. So I need take any extra precautions?

I have headache like pressure and fatigue everyday since 6 months . Medication does not relief at all . Sometimes feel like fainting and get fatigue easily. What blood test shall i take please help
