Doctor my 4 Dose intradermal anti Rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 and i completed my Last 4th ( Day 28) anti Rabies vaccine on 9th December 2021 from government hospital but today evening again a street dog scratch my ankle with nails with minor little bleeding no wound so how many doses of Rabies vaccine i have to take now ?

Hi doctor, I had fever, cough cold 5 days back. I started medicine and fever went down, cough mile decrease and cold is still there. I am worried for one thing. If I am measure my temp throughout day then it comes around 98.6 in morning and after noon but goes to 99.4 in evening and night. I am in bihar and it is very cold here. Does body temp increase in winter like this ?? I did 4 month complete blood test and it was normal'. Could this be something serious as life-threatening ?? Please guide.

Diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency a month ago and taking mecobalamin 500 once a day. I might have a deficiency of vitamin d as well as it has been a persistent problem in the previous years. I work on a night shift which ends at 1 am and I also have rheumatoid arthritis with no active symptoms at the moment. Unable to fall asleep until 4-6 am everyday, and difficulty staying asleep since almost a month. Feeling very tired and feverish with severe muscle pains due to lack of sleep as the body doesn't at all feel rested. Any advise on which specialist I need to consult?
