Diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency a month ago and taking mecobalamin 500 once a day. I might have a deficiency of vitamin d as well as it has been a persistent problem in the previous years. I work on a night shift which ends at 1 am and I also have rheumatoid arthritis with no active symptoms at the moment. Unable to fall asleep until 4-6 am everyday, and difficulty staying asleep since almost a month. Feeling very tired and feverish with severe muscle pains due to lack of sleep as the body doesn't at all feel rested. Any advise on which specialist I need to consult?

I was recently diagnosed with this in the cleft of my butt, just wanted to know if it was healable without surgery

I am getting brownish yellow fluid discharge from belly button since 4-5 days . The fluid forms a crust around the belly button I hv been taking antibiotics and neosporin since 3 days but there is very little improvement . Plz advice
