Loss of appetite
Earlier in 2014 my mother dignosed and found B12 low in body due to this loss of appetite ocuure...doctor prescribe a weekly b12 syringe... Now again its a issue occure can we use A2Z or zincovit or can we go with becasoule... Please guide
