I'm additive of chewing tobacco in lockdown I take 15 to 20 times a day I noticed my diastolic bp rise 145/100 my heart beat always up 100 I'm taking lodoz 5 mg for bp and placid 10 mg then I stopped tobacco for a day my bp down to 129/87 so there is any connection of tobacco to effect on bp

Please advise shall I take typhoid vaccination after Covid , I have Covid last week now my report is negative now.
