Today skin scratch by iron. Is any tetanus vaccine require. 5 month back I already got tetanus vaccine.

I am very worried about my nodes in neck i had one a year ago that is not growing and is small i don't have any other infection or symptoms still i have gone through usg blood work came back normal now few days back i realised i have many nodes to be felt and very small not growing 2 nodes in left side of my lower neck and another one the right side in of my neck now i Don't know how long they have been there when should I be concerned
