Running 2 time
Respected doctor or mam im nri indian guy who live in abroad saudi arabia I mostly running 2 time in a day one in early morning 5 am I do road running completed 5000 steps in morning and again I do road running in afternoon 2 pm I completed 5000 steps . I do road running in a 32 degree celsius I just want to be more fit what is benifit of eating 2 time in a day

Where is your question and doubt. You are doing a great job by running atleast 10000 steps per day. Keep it up. But remember, you should always listen to your body. If your body says, "I am tired" , well, then take rest. Over exercising is dangerous.
