I have been taking cetrizine 10mg from past 8 days for cold and fever now I am completely OK , can i stop cetrizine now completely or should reduce the dose slowly and stop? Those who feels consultation required ,more details required pls do not answer, those who can answer it answer else pls ignore.

I did my check up yesterday and found that the haemoglobin level 18 and rbc level 6.2 and other cbc  count is normal.. And LFT  with eleveted level of sgpt and sgot and billurubin 1.8.  I am  USING Antidepressent Mirtazapine 22.5 mg  during last 2 month along with propranolol 40 mg per day.. 23 years old I was diagnosed with Gilbert's syndrome last year. Multiple lft ( total around 3-4 always, with direct and indirect almost equally high) and ultrasound. Will this condition have an adverse effect on my liver ? Will Gilbert's syndrome lead to liver complications.
